Orders are delivered within 5-7 working days from the date you place your order.
Please note, during the holiday season, processing and shipping may take longer than 5-7 working days.
MK’s Closet products will take 7-10 business days to deliver.

We currently do not offer same day delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air way bill number to track your package.

If your order is within Pakistan and under Rs24,999 you can opt for Cash On Delivery.  

We accept all credit/debit cards powered by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and JCB.

You may also pay via bank transfer. Please note that we will not dispatch the order until our customer service team has received proof of payment.

Domestically, delivery charges are Rs250 on orders under Rs5000 and free on orders above Rs5000. For international shipping, shipping charges are calculated upon checkout by our courier service and differ from region to region.

You may cancel your order anytime before the order is processed. To cancel your order, please email us at shop@mashion.pk before your order is dispatched. We are not responsible if your order has already been dispatched or delivered.  

Mashion Shop reserves the right to cancel orders. Reasons may include out of stock items, fake information, incomplete details, inability to share proof of payment (in case of bank transfer).  

Furthermore, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed. We are unable to change the size or the billing address once an order has been placed.

We have size charts available for all our products. Please check the description box on the product page. Generally, all items run true to size, however, oversized products are specified. All measurements on the size charts are in inches.

We try our best to restock items as soon as possible, but feel free to reach out to us via Instagram or email shop@mashion.pk with your request.

Shipping charges do not include the applicable import duties or taxes that are due upon entry into the destination country.

All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of delivery.
